Sometimes it can all get a bit too much, too ott when you're making cards and small crafty items. Yards of ribbon and lace, frilly flowers, more colouring than the Sistine chapel......Here are 3 simple cards I made recently.
But I couldnt resist adding some of my beaded crochet trim to this one!

Simple but beautiful. :) You are absolutely right Geraldine. By the way, did you get the tea light candle tutorial I send you?

Hi Geraldine, thanks so much for stopping by my blog and leaving sweet comments. Your Lace appliques are gorgeous, I've visited your Etsy shop, love the delicate crocheting too. Your cards and your friend Dianne's are awesome! You asked how I made the leaves on my card stand out. I made them on cardstock, wrinkled it up by crushing in my hand and I used dimensional foam squares underneath. I buy the dimensional foam at a dollar store nearby, it is sticky 2 sides with a layer of foam in between. Love your blog, ~Diane
